Prize draw T&Cs
Digs early-access prize draw · Version 1.0 · Last updated 26 October 2026
1. The promoter
The promoter is AIVANCI LTD, trading as Digs, company number 16823149, registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is Colony - Flint Glass Works, 64 Jersey Street, Manchester, England, M4 6JW. Contact us at info@aivanci.com.
2. Who can enter
You must be a UK resident aged 18 or over. Employees of the promoter, their immediate families and anyone professionally connected with the draw cannot enter. We may ask the winner for proof of age and UK residence.
3. How to enter
Join the Digs early-access list by 30 June 2027 at 23:59 UK time. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. Earlier eligible registrations made while this draw was advertised are included; you do not need to register again. Each person receives one initial entry using one email address. Duplicate, false or automated registrations do not qualify.
After registering, use your personal referral link to invite others. You receive one extra entry for each genuine, separate, eligible person who joins through that link before the closing time. They receive their own initial entry. There is no cap on qualifying referral entries. Sharing or copying a link alone does not earn an entry. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts and artificial registrations do not qualify. We may exclude entries where we have reasonable evidence of fraud or a breach of these rules.
4. The prize
There is one prize: up to £6,500 towards the winner's own UK rent for up to 12 months after the prize is accepted. You can rent through any landlord or agent; you do not need to rent through Digs. If your rent for that period is less than £6,500, the prize is limited to the rent actually due. It does not cover other household members' rent, deposits, bills or fees.
We will arrange payment to the winner or directly to their landlord or agent against evidence of rent due. The first payment will be made within 30 days of accepting the prize and completing eligibility and rent verification; later payments may follow the rent schedule during the 12-month period. The prize is not transferable and there is no cash alternative unrelated to rent.
5. Selecting and contacting the winner
We will draw one winner at random in August 2027, using a verifiably random computer process or independent supervision. Every valid entry, including each qualifying referral entry, has an equal chance. We will retain a record of the draw.
We will notify the winner by email during August 2027, using the address they registered with. They must reply within 14 days of that email and provide reasonable evidence of eligibility and rent. If they do not respond or are ineligible, we may select another winner using the same process. We will never charge a fee to claim the prize.
6. Winner information and publicity
For one month after the winner announcement, you can request the winner's surname and county by emailing us. The winner may object to publication or request that less information is made available; we will respect that request but may still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required. Any use of the winner's name, image or story for other publicity requires their separate agreement.
7. Your information
We use your registration and referral details to administer the draw, prevent fraud, select and contact the winner and arrange the prize. ViralTree provides our referral tools. See our Privacy Policy for details, retention periods and your rights. Entering does not require agreement to unrelated marketing. We may contact you about the draw and your early-access registration.
8. General
We will administer the draw fairly and honour valid entries. We will change or cancel it only where circumstances outside our reasonable control make this necessary, taking reasonable steps to avoid disadvantaging entrants and explaining any change. We will not extend the closing date simply because too few people entered. Changes will be published on this page and material changes communicated to affected entrants where possible.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. The law of England and Wales applies. You may also rely on mandatory protections and bring proceedings in the courts available to you where you live in the UK. For questions or complaints, email info@aivanci.com.
