- When does Digs open?
- City by city. We don't have a date yet, so we email everyone on the list as their city opens. When you move is up to you; that's what the timeframe question is for.
- How does the prize draw work?
- Everyone who joins early access for a UK city before the closing date in the T&Cs is entered. One winner, drawn at random and notified by email, receives up to £6,500 paid towards their rent for a year, wherever they live. Free to enter, 18+, UK residents. Full T&Cs.
- Is it free?
- Joining the early-access list is free. We'll say clearly what any future service costs before you use it.
- Do I need an account?
- Not to sign up. When your city opens you'll get an invite to set one up, and what you told us today will already be there.
- What do you do with my email?
- We'll email you when Digs opens in your area, and nothing else. We never share your details with a landlord or agent unless you ask us to make an enquiry. You can unsubscribe any time. Privacy policy.
